Rukhsana won't be needing any butt or calf implants. Not at the rate she trains to keep in perfect shape. Why no one has offered her her own morning fitness show is the height of irresponsibility to the breast-men of the word. "I'm a former competitive swimmer," Rukhsana said. "I watched the Olympics every day. I was glued to the set. I still work out at least four days a week at the gym. I don't drink or smoke. I do a lot of sensible eating and swim and do sit-ups. I try to keep my body fat at low levels but not so low that I lose my womanly curves. When I'm working out, I'm into fast music to keep me motivated. My motto is keep fit, train hard, keep fit, train hard. After Christmas time, I have to train a bit harder to get my figure back as I tend to enjoy Christmas and not train as much." Rukhsana is taking a break from posing to open up a new business but we got her in time to expose her sexy body once more for an upcoming SCORE. "I enjoy being looked at. I love the attention. Isn't that why we do it? And then later, to see ourselves looking our best on the cover of a magazine or on a website. What is better than that? My favorite spread I have done for SCORE is February '08. I like magazines best because they are permanent. The Internet isn't. Oh, and I liked appearing at car shows like Max Power. That was fun."
